Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SignalSail at signalsail.teknologies.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of service

SignalSail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful US business-to-business outreach, subject to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments and wallet

SignalSail uses a prepaid wallet rather than a recurring subscription. The minimum top-up is $25. We charge $0.15 once when the first message to a newly contacted lead is accepted by the sending provider; included follow-ups and a human-approved reply do not add another contact charge. A confirmed hard bounce within 72 hours receives a $0.15 wallet refund. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Optional auto-top-up is enabled only with your explicit threshold, amount, monthly cap, and payment-method consent. Unused settled wallet balance is refundable on account closure by contacting support, subject to payment-provider and legal requirements.

Prohibited uses

You may not use SignalSail to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contact consumers, use deceptive claims, or send unlawful or abusive messages.
• Ignore an unsubscribe, hard bounce, provider opt-out, or other suppression.
• Upload or use data that you do not have a lawful right to process.
• Transmit malware or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising SignalSail are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
