Who we are
SignalSail ("we", "us", "our") operates signalsail.teknologies.net. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you register.
- Project information: company, offer, approved claims, audience criteria, sender identity, and campaign settings.
- Business contact data: prospect names, roles, business emails, company details, verification outcomes, suppressions, and source evidence.
- Communications: campaign messages, replies, classifications, human edits, drafts, and provider message identifiers.
- Usage and operations: feature activity, timestamps, audit events, delivery outcomes, and sender health.
- Payment information: wallet and transaction metadata. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve our service.
- To source and verify eligible US B2B contacts, send approved outreach, synchronize replies, and enforce suppression.
- To send transactional account, wallet, and operational emails.
- To prevent abuse, reconcile provider outcomes, and meet financial and legal obligations.
- To respond to your support requests.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google Workspace and Gmail — managed sender and mailbox synchronization
- Icypeas and Reoon — business contact sourcing and email verification
- Apify — approved public-web business signals
- OpenAI — structured analysis, classification, and editable drafting
- Cloudflare and Railway — frontend, network, application, and database infrastructure
Tracking
SignalSail V1 does not add open-tracking pixels or redirect-based click tracking to outreach messages. Operational logs still record provider acceptance, known hard bounces, replies, unsubscribes, and other events needed to run the service safely.
Data retention
After an account deletion request, recoverable project content is retained for 30 days. We then remove message bodies, lead personal data, and provider payloads. Minimized financial and audit records may be retained for seven years, and keyed suppression identifiers may be retained to prevent renewed contact and abuse without retaining the underlying address.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@teknologies.net.
